There are very minimal pros, you do get use of a car (that you pay for) but if you are a managers favorite you get the pick of the bunch and a good car but if you just get on with things then you get put in anything and expected to give it up at the drop of a hat... even though you pay for it.

Management are extremely un-supportive, there is no training when you first join, they expect you to know all the systems after 1 quick tour. They refuse to second face a deal to help get it over the line, You can't give any perks to the customers as a sales point. The way the track cars is very backwards, used cars are all done via emails and no CRM system
