I have never been in such a supportive environment. Cage and Miles is willing to pour into there employee growth and development.

Small procedure thing are still being worked out.

Many opportunities to grow. Great communication between management, executives, and staff. Flexible environment. Wonderful workplace with amazing staff. Friendly environment to learn and grow towards next steps and interests.

I have no comments for the cons of this firm. They are constantly taking in constructive feedback to better the environment for current and all new employees. There is a place for everyone to evolve into what they want for themselves. Great place to be,
