* Poor benefits (base pension + base holidays). * Poor office; no natural light in the main Reddish office, not in a great area, not a huge amount of options for Lunch. * Not clear how the relationship between the main BAMTech office (in NY), and the Manchester/London offices will work going forward. Can sometimes cause friction in working day to day.
