Can't hire talent that is needed to work on projects and products for Sales to bring in revenue due to dwindling capital reserves. - Very high attrition rate without backfilling positions, but expectations are kept the same for the remaining employees as work is redistributed. Good talent has made an exodus. - Technology and Engineering positions lack pay parity with local competitors. - Business is very vulnerable due to dependence on a handful of customers that make up a large portion of their revenue, of whom will scale expenditures based on macro economic conditions.
