Executive Leadership can't seem to understand their product and keeps trying to pivot the business model to no avail. Stock price is at an all time low which is causing layoffs every other quarter. Low pay and sparse promotions, won't promote from within and won't hire to fill in old positions, so employees are getting overworked for impossible deadlines.
