Pay rate is still decent for the industry, mostly good people who genuinely want to succeed, offers benefits, the homes are built of really good quality with several standards being higher than what's legally required, they take pride in the appearance of communities so you'll never be embarrassed to work in a sales center because of how it's presented.

Poor communication, will not pay you if they find a technicality, little coherent training, resentment and lack of trust between departments, overpriced communities lacking amenities that don't sell, could not be less interested in sales reps opinions or perspectives, fired massive amounts of staff after detached executives lied about people's job security. *The company has merged with another and maybe some things about the culture could change for the better soon, this is only my experience*
