the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a shark tank type sales environment, selling crappy leads using unorthodox tactics that I consider disrespectful, while being hounded by a control freak managers who don't trust you, don't teach, and basically talk to you like a pack of wolves. It's seriously like a frat. I've never seen so much ego overflowing in a single office.

friday's they buy beer if there is enough sales for the week. There is a kickball team that they put together. You can be your self at the office, there is no HR departments so cuss words and unprofessional language is just fine.

I wouldn't suggest working at CalFinder. You work your ass off and the pay is sub par at best. You fear your job no matter how good your performance is. The Client base are irrational and angry, which is understandable considering they are being told they have to suck it up and pay for leads that are clearly fake.
