The most racist, vile and unprofessional environment I've ever worked in. F-bombs all day, Immature staff and management. Eurourban. where psuedo ivy leaguers emulate urban culture and listen to rap music. Worst sales culture ever. I personally had no problem selling the product.

friday's they buy beer if there is enough sales for the week. There is a kickball team that they put together. You can be your self at the office, there is no HR departments so cuss words and unprofessional language is just fine.

I wouldn't suggest working at CalFinder. You work your ass off and the pay is sub par at best. You fear your job no matter how good your performance is. The Client base are irrational and angry, which is understandable considering they are being told they have to suck it up and pay for leads that are clearly fake.
