This created an environment where certain individuals, acting as gatekeepers, stifled innovation and discouraged any form of challenge or feedback, often dismissing substantial evidence and insights that contradicted their views. The insistence on adhering to these gatekeepers' methods, despite clear evidence of their inefficacy, fostered a toxic work culture that prioritized conformity over creativity and efficiency.
