The insistence on adhering to these gatekeepers' methods, despite clear evidence of their inefficacy, fostered a toxic work culture that prioritized conformity over creativity and efficiency. For those considering employment here, I recommend doing thorough research into the company culture and management practices. If possible, reach out to current and former employees to get a well-rounded understanding of what to expect.
