We believe our people and teams are our greatest asset and we value every feedback from our associates.
Our culture is one of collaboration, where we strive to make all of our team members feel welcome and appreciated. We pride ourselves on being a people's company and are constantly working towards that objective. All our decisions and policies are driven by this fact. For instance, during the pandemic, we took a policy decision that we will not lay-off any members due to pandemic/ loss of business reasons. We encouraged ideas from the associates and teams during this time and invested in new learning initiatives. We are happy to see high long term employee associations at Calance and always work on initiatives that make our employees enjoy their work and workplace.
