This company is a scam. Another rort brought to you by the liberal government. I joined after being called several times to join by their "not labour hire guy" over the period of a year and a half. Caved after covid. After that I dealt with a total of 4 other people, usually getting a person with a different gender or different name explaining how the person i wanted to contact was "on holiday". So far 3 people have "went on holiday" when I was being ignored. I was the most experienced person on their roster. After being ignored for 2 weeks I tried calling, leaving voicemail messages, emails that all were either ignored or I was told that "it isn't my job but i will pass it on". Guess what? They didn't. Also denied having government rebates or funding and huffed and puffed like a toddler on the phone when I let my position on the matter be known. Collecting money for me being on the books and not offering any work in return. Great work guys. I also could not gain full time employment through this company (which they actually advertise on seek and indeed that its full time --- its two days a week at venues where nobody wants to work). $15,000 is how much a company who does want to employ you fulltime has to be paid to calibre just to release you from their scammy contract. Do NOT join this company.
