Office support staff is great. They send lots of stuff during pandemic like gifts, lunch, etc...great location in the Curtis Center (if location matters anymore). You can probably negotiate good $$$ (but apparently they sort of sold now so new private equity may not allow?)

Don't know who runs the place (seems like a bunch of Senior "Partners"), very dated ways of thinking and marketing, no real desire to adapt to new thinking or technology. Most of the leadership would not be relevant in other agencies not because of age just because of very stale thinking. Some initiatives are just crazy. Lots of stuff changes fast- structure, departments, etc.. . Cheesy cow-puns on everything (like it's not even remotely funny?!? 3rd graders can write these puns) More focused on their own bad cow branding/self promotion ads/letterhead than what they are doing for clients. They actually force you to do "presentations" in Keynote with the "CALCIUM" template because "Keynote represents the Calcium brand better?" yet clients are like "why aren't you sending me a powerpoint with my template like I asked for?!?! "(lots of little stuff like that is crazy)
