      I took this job right out of college and all I knew is I wanted to be somewhere I could build relationships and feel supported. Not only have I gotten that here, but I found the place that I can proudly call my second family. The leadership teams are intentional, communicative and accessible, and overall very impressive. There are incredible growth opportunities if you put the work in. Although staffing will never be easy, Calculated Hire gives you several ways to find support and follow your passions.

      Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. We believe in building relationship-focused connections with our consultants, so we want to provide benefits to emphasize the approach. We recognize six paid holidays for our consultants each year and offer eligibility to participate in our 401k plan after a year of employment (1,000 hours). We are disappointed to hear that your experience could have been better, but we are using your feedback to improve!
