Could use improvement regarding overall EDIA strategy/programs and research protocols; very little Indigenous engagement; does not have actions in place with TRC or MMIWG2S+ recommendations.

The staff are very friendly and outgoing. It's always such a breeze to volunteer for the food bank and I always have fun! With several different volunteering options to choose from, it's easy to find the right times for your schedule. The management is very organized and the volunteer coordinator is very friendly.

Many of the weekday shifts go until late in the night, which is sometimes problematic for scheduling.
