Systems and processes are so antiquated and inefficient, it’s actually quite shocking the company keeps growing and being so profitable. Communication across the board is nearly non existent. Senior management is not held to account for their actions or lack their of. People who have no business being promoted never mind being in there existing position while others who are extremely dedicated, true team players and productive are forced to quit to get ahead or be recognized for the contributions they bring.
