Upper Management only care about their bonus. These people do not care about the employees that bust there rear to make sure Caliber Succeeds. They only care about how many collision shops they can open in a short period of time. It appears as if all they care about is appeasing the board and getting their next huge payout when they sell to the next investor. In the department I was in, there was ZERO opportunity to advance my career. In fact, they always hired outside, before promoting within.
