Lies, false promises. - Too much work for very little pay. - Treating employees like numbers instead of people. - Immaturity in managers (my office manager would curse in front of customers, wiggle her butt on the technicians, and talk about her private romance life on the job) - Management pawns work off on everybody else. Refuses to do their own work.
