It all depends on the center and your boss in that particular region you work in. Has the opportunity to work for 3 different centers. I loved 2 of the centers I worked at. Great boss and great environment and everyone bought in top to bottom. The last one I was was a horrible story.

Boss told me I needed to make sacrifices for work and make arrangements to have someone pick up my child at 530 after being there at 7am every morning. Said I couldn't leave 5 mins before I needed to pick my child up. This was the 3rd shop I worked at for Caliber. The boss and management makes a huge world of difference. They pay you pretty decent but they make you work very very hard for the amount of profit that you give the company. Was doing total sales of over 100k a month at the company.
