Too much work not enough pay. Disrespected and treated less than human by middle management. The company won’t buy necessary, tools and equipment. The schedule isn’t adjusted when there aren’t enough employees to handle the workload. You are treated as if you’re not doing your job just because they can’t hire more people. Several locations affected, and regional managers do absolutely nothing about it. Can’t wait to get out!
