Benefits are pretty good, but sadly, that is about it.

Poor leadership, poor HR process, poor pay and commission for the level of stress. Never received a raise even after performing in the top 5-10% of the company for 3 years. No leadership accountability. Unfortunately, when Steve Grimshaw stepped down as CEO the culture went with him and instead of being a valued staff member, you became a number that had to produce numbers without benefit. The commission structure is made to where you will only ever see minor sales commissions and the salary or guarantee is not enough for the stress level nor is it enough to live off of.

Pay can be great if work is there. Management tends to be helpful and training is pretty good.

Svantaggi

If shop is slow service advisors are punished and go into a commission debt that has to be paid back before any commission can be made again.
