Horrible management/culture - Recensione dipendente - Case Manager presso California Human Development

Management is not supportive and has poor communication. There is low staff morale and collaborations. Instead staff are found sleeping, doing hair/makeup, gossiping. Current staff/management care more about meeting numbers than actually serving their clients.
