Overall the people that work here are very friendly. The owners are great people also very nice and laid back. If you are looking for a relaxed warehouse job thats 9-5 mon-fri this is the place for you. Also there is a brewery next door, which has good food options for lunch and can enjoy a drink after work. You’ll get some entertainment in the afternoon with the regulars that love to sign in the back patio/parking lot area.

Depending on your role the job can get tedious day in and day out. If you have more of a role (ex: Warehouse Manager) you will have more responsibility and things to do. Some weeks will be slow, so if you have less of a role and run out of things to do you’ll have to build Sophie’s and clean to keep yourself busy. Theres not much growth with this position. No paid holidays and occasional holiday bonus.

The days fly by because we are always busy with new orders and preparing all documents every day. While assembaling all day. All nature rubber from France that comes out of a Tree. Called the Heaven Tree.awesome baby products.

Not enough communication. Employees have been there over 5 years and do whatever they want. Management is unable to write up up or even give discipline for lazy employee's who are always doing whatever they want when given explicit instructions. The 1 Manager does 80% of all work. Very stressful as a manager who has the experience and absolute knowledge of ways to make way more money. Also under appreciated by the owners.
