      Call Porter is Amazing! Our staff is so Family Oriented! Everyone Helps out,you never have to worry about not getting it right! Our Bosses are even better,I call most of them friend. They never act like they are above u,they see us as equals!! And the best part is u get to work from HOME!!! In your own comfort u dont even have to get outta bed lol..!

      Easy to deal with management. Since you're 1099, you can "control" your time. Work from home with a solid connection. Management backs you up when clients or customers are difficult. Easy onboarding -- very supportive.

      Svantaggi

      Low pay, no benefits. Lots of screen time which can be fatiguing. No incentive to "go the extra mile" or opportunities for advancement. Little social interaction with coworkers -- you are really on your own, good or bad. Not saying that mgmt leaves you in the dark, and you can always reach out, but the only people you talk to day-to-day are potential clients.
