Doesn't matter how dedicated you are to the company or how good of a salesperson you are. They don't send you enough product to sell, and everything is quickly marked down to ridiculously cheap prices (to match the low quality of the shoes). This makes your job nearly impossible to meet the sales standards set by upper management. Aldo (which owns call it spring) peaked years ago. It's on a quick decline so job security just isn't there. They don't pay you enough for the stress they put you under. Hard work is not appreciated by upper management, they only ever acknowledge you when they have something to criticize.
