      One might have chance to work on a large scale international project. It is a good place to start a career. Newly graduates can learn a lot if they are willing to.

      It is not a good place for people in their mid-career. Design and technical skills are not valued. People with high skill sets are used for production only, they are not rewarded for their hard work. They are considered as slaves to people who have close relationship with the leadership. Only people who have close personal relationship with the leadership is supported by upper management and get promotions without involving in production.

      It seems that incorporating more trend-forward designs could lead to even better results, but as a newcomer, I found it challenging to overcome the established methods and the specific direction and style clients wanted. Nonetheless, they consistently delivered solid outcomes.
