We are a strong advocate for work/life integration and respect our people's wishes to keep a balance between them. As you state, overtime is often inevitable, but please do speak up if the expectation of additional work becomes overwhelming or it starts to get in the way of your personal life--that is definitely not our intention.

      It seems that incorporating more trend-forward designs could lead to even better results, but as a newcomer, I found it challenging to overcome the established methods and the specific direction and style clients wanted. Nonetheless, they consistently delivered solid outcomes.
