Low pay. Long hour. HR keeps saying they are matching or above the industry pay standard which is really weird. those people that leave at least get 30% or even 50% raise at other firm. How could you possible keep good designer with your firm?

Thank you for your feedback and perspective as that makes us better. We research what is going on in the market along with many other factors when conducting salary analysis. We also believe in total compensation not only the base salary. We have invested in great benefits and wellness programs to support our people and give them choices. We will continue to evaluate salaries and make improvements if needed.

It seems that incorporating more trend-forward designs could lead to even better results, but as a newcomer, I found it challenging to overcome the established methods and the specific direction and style clients wanted. Nonetheless, they consistently delivered solid outcomes.
