      Start ups can be a challenging environment with constant change and this one has gone through a lot of change in the past couple years which keeps everyone on their toes

      Callisto uses their employee's commitment to a cause against them, soliciting blind loyalty for nothing in return. Poor leadership. No communication, lack of strategy, and no trust across the team. If you're thinking about accepting a job, make sure you ask about turnover in the last year and average tenure length. Get curious about why the only other Glassdoor review is from the former CEO and how a tech company exists without any technical staff.
