Learned during formalized two year extreme harassment campaign, certain employees in this organization forged email and changed goal posts to have me fired due to an incorrect belief I had reported a boss for harassment at a prior company. (he was reported for forgery). They went on to pass this on to IT vendors resulting in systematic blacklisting I had not previously understood. I'll probably never work again now that I understand why I was being yelled at for milestones that had not been set, and saw a look of terror in the eyes of a gentleman working with me. Because I only found out after death threats were made to self, family, and pets, and multiple job moves I now understand why it took place. It could have been addressed much more professionally.

Management experience may vary across teams.

- Lack of team culture and camaraderie. Interactions are only work-focused, with little to none team-building or company-wide events. - Compensation is below industry standards for similar roles. - Limited opportunities for career growth, skill development, and innovation. New projects are infrequent, and work can become repetitive and mundane over time. - The Business/Data Analyst role is heavily focused on QA/testing and may not align with expectations of a traditional analyst position. - Workload is highly inconsistent, ranging from very light some days/weeks to exceptionally heavy. - Many IT roles are contract-to-hire, with full-time conversion timelines that can extend well beyond expectations and lack clear communication. - Employee feedback/criticism is not well received by upper management.
