Management has a narcissistic approach. Lying to customers and employees is prevailent. Management falsifies records, lab reports, data. Management likes to fire someone out of the office for no reason every 3 weeks like clockwork. Pets running around the office messing on carpet and tables. Nepotism and cronyism rampant. Management likes to hire family, friends and members of their hockey team. Equipment is old and junky. No standards. They try to re-process map every few months.
