Beware this company just "downsized" and "restructured" on 4/17/19 which laid off 75% of the Dallas sales staff and account managers with no options to work elsewhere within the company. Many have been there 5+ years. New jobs posted a week later for the same positions (lower pay, lower costs to the company, no life insurance, medical and dental benefits are more costly for the new staff as well) This used to be a great place to work at and build a career. The CEO is nice but there is a huge disconnect with corporate and accounting being in San Jose and the front lines of sales, support and marketing and the managers being in Dallas. For the past 2 years, new management was brought in to better the company by cleaning house of experienced hard working individuals who have committed themselves to the company and helped this company get to where it was. There is too much power with individuals who have not been there for more than two years, with one goal in mind to build profit. Your employment experience is one of fear. No apparent regard for anything positive an employee may have contributed or possibility of salvage. You can literally come to work and find out you no longer have a job even if you are meeting the demands or exceeding the demands and your track record and employment history is good. Toss people out with little regard. Favoritism to new employees that are brought on from previous business relationships or friends. The core products have fallen way behind in technology and it is extremely difficult to compete with other cutting edge solutions. it is only a matter of time before a hard-earned client eventually leaves to be successful with another solution. Look at the reviews, the negative reviews are all true and the positive reviews are probably fake to try to compensate. Sinking ship!
