      Fantastic company with great owners who really care about workers. I left for personal reasons and did not want to go. Not a big chain laboratory so job is varied. Pretty good , especially compared to larger laboratories.

      None really. If you are a slacker or immature you might not like it so much. It is not a slacker culture and the social feel is not for cliquey people with playground mentality. Everyone is friendly and people are not promoted because they are "popular" so if you are into that I guess the culture is a con.

      Relaxed work environment with interesting variety of materials to test. Great experience for new graduates.

      Svantaggi

      Management have too much responsibility so they are largely ineffective at supporting their workers. One very toxic worker is neve disciplined despite numerous complaints and unfortunately it is impossible to avoid them. But 1 in 50 is still pretty decent.
