- Ebb and flow to the work (not unusual in this industry) - The summary reports can be a bit tiresome to do - Sometimes there are ESL documents that can be very hard to decipher, which makes you feel there should be a sliding scale rate. - Cambridge seems to charge a lot less than other places. On the one hand, it's understandable because it's a great way to get more business. On the other hand, it would be nice to bump up the pay to reflect the level of work they expect from you, especially as the company has striven to become more competitive.
