- Average hours - Accomadating when time off is required - Good equipment to work with (not top of the line but robust)

- No training despite being confirmed and included in application & interview - Very serious lack of ITIL framework despite stipulated company requirement in interview - Poorly managed alot of the projects left to nose dive before being remembered last minute - Human resources often create negative work environment through condescending and obscure training days - Human resources do not review salaries correctly (service desk and support desk here is on 29k, the infrastructure staff are on the same wage) - Limited to no communication at all which often leads to major failures from an operational level to the business side - Very low salary (but expected as its government work)
