      Great products to sell Volkswagen Subaru and Mazda. Good management and finance team. Usually very fair management and other sales staff. Great service departments. Friendly work environment.

      Svantaggi

      Only the strong will survive. Pay plan is ok. No days off to speak of, benefits are too expensive. Employee parking lot is not great. Internet speed leaves more to be desired.
