HR often hires peoples spouses, siblings, friends, parents, etc. and gives them better treatment and more opportunity for advancement even when these individuals perform poorly. Managers dress very sloppy and call out sick frequently and are not reprimanded for it when at any other company that would not be tolerated. There is no structure or training at this company. Do not work here with the expectation of advancing your career. This is a place for people who just want a job because they have to work and are not looking to grow professionally. Jobs are often created and dissolved a few weeks later.
