Company was a trailblazer in creating new technology to treat fibrillation. Being a start up there were tremendous opportunities to contribute in multiple areas and learn. Was rewarded for the work performed in different areas. Personally it was a great learning curve. It would not have been possible to learn and contribute in multiple areas in an established company, which tend to be rigid with the structure being in medical device domain.

Long term planning was not great.
