I have been with the company for 4 months now. I have to say the amount of hands on experience and new things I learned with Cameron and Lennon Inc. have made me a better asset and individual. I always wanted to be with a company which will allow me to show what is in me and not making decisions based on my age or seniority with the company. Cameron and Lennon Inc. has provided me with challenging opportunities to really take in charge of my growth within the company and take it to the next level.

There are no cons', perhaps sometimes I was able to work a little longer to get a head of time.

So far I have nothing bad to say at all but positive. This company gives me the hands on experience, something I had been looking for a while. Friendly fun team culture with an opportunity for people who are willing to learn and apply everything. I was pleasantly surprised how fast we have been growing since the day I started. I am looking forward to helping the company grow and make a difference.

My management/co-workers were great to work with. Probably a great company for kids fresh out of College (& still live w/ there parents) to work & gain Sales experience from.

Where do I start...its a pyramid scam Commission-Based Sales Position. Turn-over rate has to be 100%. Seasoned Acct. Executives need not apply, as it is almost guaranteed to be a waste of your time. I was "Promoted" w/in 2 weeks of employment at the company, which basically meant I come in earlier & leave later everyday/trained new employees (while still trying to perfect my Sales Quota as a new employee myself) for no pay. They feed their employees who move up to this position w/ lies stating they will "keep moving up from here at a rapid pace" but in all reality, less than 10% of these employees moved further from there. From what I was gathering, they wanted to see how much free labor they could get out of us before we quit. As I was making multiple sales everyday I was employed there, my paychecks were low, 28% commission was just not enough when selling office supplies to small businesses in Brooklyn that only needed lower ticket items (i.e. paper & toner). I put in a great deal of time & energy to a job that just did not pay off...literally. Read the Ripoff report on this company, you've been warned.
