They would buy lunch on the occasion (about once a month) especially if there a huge job coming up.

Sink or swim environment, the hours are brutal, expect to work days, nights and weekends. Not much support or training partly due to exhaustion and partially due to lack of staffing. Equipment did not work properly resulting in tests that ran 4x as long as they should. The site is also quite dirty compared to other locations.
