Vantaggi

You get to spend your day with dogs

Svantaggi

I worked at the San Marcos location for a little under a year. The owners, Sabrina and Lloyd, provided a very hostile work environment. They both talk down to their employees and treat them as if they are stupid. They hire people with no daycare experience, yet give them little to no training in the yard. When Lloyd would spend time in the yard, he would yell at you in front of your coworkers and put you in situations to get hurt. They allowed WAY too many dogs to be in one space, and with untrained staff, injuries were a regular occurrence. One time, a dog ran up and bit me and broke skin, and I was told to “suck it up.” Sabrina should NOT be running a business. She is all about money. If you do one little thing wrong, she degrades you as if you don’t matter at all. Also, they allowed one of their homeless employees to live in the break room with her 7 year old child for months... she smelled, ate everyone’s food, and was ALWAYS there complaining while you were trying to enjoy your break. I am now the General Manager at another local daycare, so I’ve realized that they are the reason why I never succeeded there, I was set up to fail as an employee and it is extremely evident.
