      - Still ironing out sales process. Exciting for some, not for others. - Not your typical 9-5. 10 hour days are standard. note: neither of these seem to bother anyone, myself included. People are genuinely happy to be at work because they feel like they are really making a difference.

      Pay is a bit on the lower end of the spectrum for CSM's and the bonus pay structure was a bit odd.
