Although the technical direction has improved significantly over the last couple of years to catch up with the industry, the business direction is lacking. - No clear distinction between acquisitions and retention - No commitment to provide metrics as to why customers leave rather than rely on customer support requests to define what "keeps a client happy" - Not enough visionaries on the business side to address the lack of multi-channel capabilities that our competitors will always trump us on for options. Emailing is great, but that's not all a business wants to market their product with... lets keep up with all the other email marketing tools out there already!!
