Avoid this location. It is one of the most toxic workplaces you could experience. A dysfunctional ownership setup and absent leadership make it impossible for this location to succeed. HR and upper management do nothing to support employees, leaving this location clearly neglected. You will be pushed to do work far outside your job description while others contribute little to nothing. Getting a raise is an uphill battle, regardless of performance. You literally have to fight tooth and nail to get a raise and all you get is $1 (which is a slap in the face) Middle management is completely disconnected, more focused on numbers than actually showing up or supporting their teams. This location used to have good people and leadership, but most have left after realizing nothing will change. The current state speaks for itself. Proceed at your own risk. They do not value you.
