Lots of supportive people you can rely on. An environment that makes you feel at home. The hours are flexible and management is willing to accommodate you when needed. Over the past few years Campos EPC has undergone significant growth which has opened plenty of opportunities for advancement. Many more opportunities still exist.

More solid communication between management and employees. When communication breaks down, deadlines are missed.

Thanks for the feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the coffee and lunches. As for the slow days — those are the exception, not the rule. Our teams stay consistently busy, and we’re always driving meaningful work and momentum.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all employee comments seriously; however, the statement regarding “100% utilization” is inaccurate and does not reflect how our organization actually operates. While we appreciate the positive comments about schedule flexibility and team support, we need to address the statement regarding “100% utilization,” which is simply not accurate. Our utilization expectations are designed to be both realistic and sustainable, taking into account non-billable responsibilities such as training, internal collaboration, planning, and professional development. We do not expect, nor do we support, employees operating at a constant 100% utilization level, as that would not be conducive to long-term performance or well-being. We are actively investing in leadership development, communication, and retention initiatives to build a strong, consistent environment for our teams.
