High expectations are part of what makes Campos a strong, growth‑driven workplace. Calling work‑life balance “non‑existent” overlooks the many employees who manage demanding roles successfully and value the opportunities that come with them. We invest heavily in compensation, benefits, and development — and with that comes responsibility and accountability. If challenges arise, we expect employees to address them internally through our open-door policy.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all employee comments seriously; however, the statement regarding “100% utilization” is inaccurate and does not reflect how our organization actually operates. While we appreciate the positive comments about schedule flexibility and team support, we need to address the statement regarding “100% utilization,” which is simply not accurate. Our utilization expectations are designed to be both realistic and sustainable, taking into account non-billable responsibilities such as training, internal collaboration, planning, and professional development. We do not expect, nor do we support, employees operating at a constant 100% utilization level, as that would not be conducive to long-term performance or well-being. We are actively investing in leadership development, communication, and retention initiatives to build a strong, consistent environment for our teams.
