Working for CampusLogic has been amazing. It is a nice mixture of becoming an established company yet still riding the wave of a start up. They have a great product that helps people everyday. Coworkers share in the message. Interview process takes a long time because they only look for a certain personality and professional fit that works for each team. You might be perfectly matched for the job but you have to be the right person for the team. This has helped create a non toxic, no drama work place where everyone understands the next steps forward. Pros- Probably the best benefit is the work life balance. Depending on your role you can come in at 7 and leave at 330 or 8 to 4, as long as you do your job it is a freeing benefit! Also a week off at Christmas and working from home when you need to! Your voice is heard People here are some of the nicest and professional co workers I have ever met Challenging yet rewarding work You can see that every person is behind the company's mission Pay is above average Stock options- everyone is an owner! Typical start up things like a nicely stock kitchen, open work area. Learning opportunities at every corner

Benefits are good but not great 401k has a small match but still there is a match The company is growing still so upward movement is there but not yet defined. Career paths are formed as the company grows
