Growing pain and constant direction changes year over year for the GTM strategy. Also the desire to grow very quickly. The Senior Leadership might be getting pressure from the Board. But I think we are doing a great job right now to maintain our customer centricity and conquer other markets. So the board should put less pressure and support us. Also, the company could do more in terms of hiring teammates from other races ( Asians, Hispanics, Blacks, etc..) all over the world. The Senior Leadership made an effort in that by hiring an Asian last year. But more people from other races should be hired in leadership positions and also as individual contributors
