Horrible, no structure, HR is not your friend - Recensione dipendente - Process Technician presso Can-Pack

They think they control you. Travel for three weeks out of the month. No communication, they do not abide by their policies. They will not accept your doctor notes, you’ll be fired just cause. HR has no idea what they’re doing. They make their own rules. The polish are trying to run the US plants, they’re hiring 100+ immigrant workers to run a line at the Muncie Indiana plant. They lie , lie and lie !!!!
