Thanks for your candid review, we appreciate your input. We’d like to take the opportunity to address some important issues you raised. Canada Goose has always supported a fully open-door policy and employee concerns are met with action 100% of the time. Additionally, if concerns are reported on during an exit interview, the issue would have been raised to the appropriate management and dealt with immediately. While this can sometimes happen behind the scenes, rest assured we hear you. Our Goose Rewards program was created specifically for employees to recognize each other’s accomplishments, and we have robust annual incentive plans in place to reward individual performance. Although we may not always be in a position to approve unpaid leave (although it’s not strictly forbidden) there are amazing programs such as Goose Passes, Flex Time and Telework available to all eligible employees which should absolutely be taken advantage of.
